We can process your beef, pigs, lamb, and goats. All processing and smoking are done in house, to ensure the quality of your product. Please call to schedule your animal. All orders are made to your specifications. We process your exotic animals including buffalo, llamas, elk, red deer, ostrich, Emu, and yak.
